(3) Public holidays and peak promotional periods may lead to extended processing times.

We offer free standard shipping services using the following partner express carriers (such as Amazon Ground, USPS Ground, Uniuni Ground, FedEx, etc.).

5. Address Requirements
(1) Importance of Address Accuracy: When placing your order, please ensure you provide the accurate and complete recipient name, detailed address (including province/state, city, district, street name and house/building number), and a valid contact phone number. An incomplete or incorrect address may cause delivery delays, failures, additional charges, or even package loss.
(2) Modifying Address: If you need to modify the delivery address before your order processing is completed, please contact us as soon as possible at: [support@nowwdii.com]. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address change request will be successfully processed.
6. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
First step: Check carrier tracking with provided number
Contact support immediately if:
(1) Tracking information does not update for an extended period
(2) Status shows "Delivered" but not received
(3) Visible package damage during transit(Photograph package condition upon arrival)
(4) Record unboxing video for high-value items
Loss/damage due to our error or carrier's fault: We'll assist with refunds, replacements, or claims (proof required).Issues from incorrect address or failed delivery attempts: Buyer assumes all associated costs
or if the package is visibly damaged or or lost during transit.
For damaged exteriors: Inspect before signing; report content issues within 24 hours of receipt.
