(3) Public holidays and peak promotional periods may lead to extended processing times.

5. Address Requirements

(1) Importance of Address Accuracy: When placing your order, please ensure you provide the accurate and complete recipient name, detailed address (including province/state, city, district, street name and house/building number), and a valid contact phone number. An incomplete or incorrect address may cause delivery delays, failures, additional charges, or even package loss.

(2) Modifying Address: If you need to modify the delivery address before your order processing is completed, please contact us as soon as possible at: [support@nowwdii.com]. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address change request will be successfully processed.

Our Lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects to ensure your lights perform excellently under normal use. If there are any issues related to materials or craftsmanship, we will provide a replacement or resolution free of charge.

• Corrosion Resistance: Our products are made of marine-grade brass to withstand extreme weather conditions. If any corrosion or weather damage occurs during the warranty period, we will assist you.

• Light Source Performance: LED light sources are designed to last for a long time. If there is any failure within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement.

• Normal Wear and Tear: For example, natural light source dimming or minor surface discoloration or wear due to prolonged outdoor exposure.
